Shipping

Subscription orders (US only) ship for free! One-time orders to the US are shipped for a flat rate of $5 no matter how many items are in your cart.

Returns

We want you to love your Goodwell products, so we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can provide refunds (less any incurred shipping costs) within 30 days of the order being delivered to your address. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to initiate the return process.

International Orders

Shipping

International orders have a flat rate shipping cost shown at checkout based on your country. We recommend purchasing in bulk to save on shipping cost.

Returns

We accept international returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as we do for US customers. However, we do not have pre-paid return labels for orders outside of the United States. If you need to return or exchange a product, you'll have to pay for the return shipping. Tracking is highly recommended, as we can't refund shipments that are lost without a tracking number.
