We mentioned in the last update that our gears were being checked by a specialized testing lab, and we’re in the process of analyzing the results as they come in this week. The images below show the type of data we’re receiving. The lab tested three pieces of each gear to let us compare gear teeth from random samples of the same part taken from the injection molding process. Our engineers will soon have the results distilled from this data to make sure we’re building reliable parts before production.

Our toothbrush head refills are in the tufting process now, which you can see in the video. The factory uses the little white handles to load two heads into the machine at one time and carry them through the process. Then they pop the tufted heads out of the handle and reload it to repeat the cycle until everyone’s teeth are as clean as possible.

Below is the latest overview of where things are at in the production cycle of Be. Brush. The idea behind showing progression in a GANTT chart is to give you transparency into what we're working on, broken down to the component level, so you know on a bi-weekly basis what has been done, and what is left to do. Check out the full size chart HERE.

As we are heading into the holiday season, our vendors and manufacturers will be taking time off. So just a heads-up that we will be sparing your inbox and skipping the next bi-weekly update! We’ll be back in January with updates and progress!

Respectfully,

Team Be.
